This file is installed with the DINGO-Stack package.

This private key is generated as part of the creation of the DINGO root CA certificate. It gets created by the /opt/GoIoT/DinGo/bin/ssl/rn_create_root_certificate.sh script.

It is used by /opt/GoIoT/DinGo/bin/ssl/rn_auto_create_self_signed_for_ip.sh, /opt/GoIoT/DinGo/bin/ssl/rn_create_self_signed_for_domain.sh and /opt/GoIoT/DinGo/bin/ssl/rn_create_self_signed_for_ip.sh.
